Building Athletes for Life is an eight-module, curriculum-based course for high school and college student-athletes. Delivered over approximately 8–12 weeks—or across a quarter, term, or semester—it develops identity, leadership, mental wellness, communication, decision-making, transferable skills, and purpose beyond sport.
